What we collect
When you use a lead or trial form, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, role, game or community, audience size, and goals. We briefly use your IP address to limit automated submissions.
How we use and share it
We use this information only to deliver the trial, respond to your inquiry, prevent abuse, and operate Fanblox. Resend processes form emails for us. Vercel hosts the site, and Vercel Web Analytics processes technical usage data so we can understand aggregate site traffic. We do not sell your personal data.
Roblox and YouTube
The trial looks your game up on Roblox while you type its name, so the partial name you have typed is sent to Roblox’s public search API to find the match, and your browser then loads the game thumbnails straight from Roblox’s image servers. If a game name is confidential, do not type it here. The home page also embeds the demo video from YouTube (Google) in its no-cookie mode.
Because those requests go to Roblox and Google directly, they receive technical data such as your IP address, device, and browser. Neither receives your email address or anything else you enter in a form. Blocking third-party requests in your browser stops the thumbnails and the video; the rest of the site still works.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records. If an inquiry fails to send, its details are written to our hosting logs so we can still reach you; Vercel deletes those logs automatically within days. The trial saves your preview in your own browser so returning to it replays your result, which holds no personal details. If its request did not go through, the details you submitted are held in that tab’s session storage so you can retry; your browser discards them when the tab closes, and we discard them as soon as the request succeeds. To request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@fanblox.co. We will delete data unless we must retain it for a legal obligation.
